The concept of the garden derives from the importance of children learning about the world and the energies that surround them. They are invited to learn about the natural and cultural energies that have created the world and in fact Homokkomárom itself and which help in sustaining it. In this regard we need to take into consideration not only environmental aspects but community aspects of sustainability. While playing in the garden we aim to help children experience these two counterparts of sustainability. The aim of the garden is to help the children experience the effects of nature while also experiencing what it is like to have an effect on the garden/the world. Thematic garden parts help in discovering the garden and the relation between them. These are the garden of experience, the garden of gravity, the garden of balance, the garden of care, the garden of trust, the garden of surprise, the garden of openness, and the garden of creativity. Each garden is developed so it enhances cooperation and discovery, as the important factors of community life.
