The size of the manor garden imposes that the territory is large enough to let the manor become self-sufficient while serving as a recreational garden for the family. The actual garden of the manor is situated near the house, while the further areas are places where almond trees and lavender can be grown, which then can be turned into special products of the manor. The manor then becomes a true part of the landscape, and hence so does the man living in it.
