The Balatonboglár Adventure Park aims not only to function as a place for adventure but as a place for recreation, functioning as a public park. As the territory is largely an environmentally protected area, there are several levels of intervention in the area. The most intensive intervention is by the Gömbkilátó (lookout point) which area is most alike to a public park. The next level is when small interventions such as playgrounds, climbing walls are placed in natural settings. The most sullen intervention is the walking path within the trees that lets the visitor become a part nature. The overall aim of the design is to keep the character of the original landscape for future generations.
